About Us

Welcome to The Alabaster House, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting victims and survivors of domestic violence. Founded in June 2023 by Tiffany White, a survivor herself, our mission is to empower individuals through healing, education, and resources. We are focused on creating a safe, supportive community for women of color, offering practical help and emotional support through every stage of recovery.

Our Mission

At The Alabaster House, our mission is to eliminate family division due to domestic violence by creating resources to address the complete person, victim, violator and family. We are committed to supporting and meeting them where they are.

Here, when you need us.

We provide critical resources to victims of domestic violence, including escape plans, emergency bags, and supplies for safety. If you or someone you know is in need, we’re here to help with immediate support.

Gurl Talk: Women’s Healing Circle

Tuesdays | 5:00 - 7:00 PM

Gurl Talk is a safe, welcoming space where women can come together to share their experiences, find support, and heal. Facilitated by Tiffany White, a domestic violence survivor and life coach, these healing conversations offer a sense of empowerment, understanding, and sisterhood.

Saturday Men’s Circle

Saturdays | 1:00 - 3:00 PM

Our Men’s Circle is an initiative focused on prevention and working with active abusers. This group provides men with the tools they need to break the cycle of violence and develop healthier relationships.

In partnership with New Purpose Counseling PLLC, we offer counseling services to further support individuals in their healing journey. Located at 651 Delaware Ave, this collaboration ensures that victims, survivors and abusers have access to mental health services that complement the work of The Alabaster House.
